  1. Prepare and make sprouts as suggested in the post
  2. Soak the idli rice for over 6 hours
  3. Grind the sprouts, soaked rice, green chillies with salt and water
  4. Remove the batter into a separate vessel and add chopped coriander leaves
  5. Heat a tawa and prepare the dosa or pancakes with little oil
  6. Cook on both sides and serve hot with chutney of your choice
  7. Note: One can also fill these dosas or pancakes with vegetables such as grated carrot, chopped capsicum and / or grated paneer to make it look pretty and make it even more delicious
